I have accumulated over 2150 flight hours in the H-60 (SH-60B and MH-60R), with missions flown throughout all hours of the night, safely launched and recovered off the decks of Aircraft Carriers, Large Deck Amphibious Ships, Cruisers, Destroyers, Frigates and Littoral Combat Ships. I am specifically proud of:2014 - Director of Flight Operations, and Plankowner, for Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 73, where I managed all operations for a 280-personnel organization supporting Anti-Submarine Warfare and Sea Combat Control operations for USS CARL VINSON Carrier Strike Group. I planned and executed over 2,000 mishap-free flight hours with a 99% sortie completion rate.2013 - Officer-in-Charge of Ship-Air Team Integration where I embarked on USS FREEDOM to validate the Littoral Combat Ship class aviation suitability during its first-in-class operational deployment.2011 - Command Training, Readiness and Flight Operation Procedures Standardization Officer where I had the honor of integrating the HSM community embarked on USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH (CVN-77) during the ship's first operational deployment. 2009 - H-60 NATOPS Program Manager and Training Device Officer where I spearheaded a small team to develop over 700 publication changes and align all Navy H-60 flight publications (SH-60B, SH-60F/H, MH-60R and MH-60S). Superhawk II optimized H-60 Crew Resource Management, improved emergency procedure response, and standardized multiple aviation-shipboard operations. During this tour, I also validated the aircrew flight training and operating procedures standardization for ten globally deployed squadrons. 2005 - Served as Command Aviation Safety Officer and successfully led squadron through multiple flight operations without any aviation flight mishaps.
