I have worked for NatWest Bank since 2011. undertaking various roles in the Hampshire area, Customer Adviser, Money sense co-ordinator, and into my current role of Branch Manager. During my time at NatWest I have developed my skills through a number of internal and external training and development programmes. I am currently the manager of three branch’s where I have a responsibility to deliver a world class customer experience to my customers, whilst maintaining strong delivery of the Risk and People scorecard. Outside of NatWest I am involved with fundraising for The Prince’s Trust.
