When I founded Happe Homes I set out on a mission to redefine what it means for you to build a home in Iowa. I had seen so many families eager to build their dream home and saw that eagerness turn to frustration through a process that didn’t include the most important part- the people living in their home. Our process starts with YOU first and at the center of the entire build. I set out with the goal to help you design the home of your dreams, while we may build many homes in a year, there is only one that matters to you. From that first home that I completed in 2003 to the wide range of homes we have built since then one thing remains; they all have my name on it. That means everything to me personally and it shows in how we deliver for our customers. Every single person who is involved in the process of building your dream home from the first conversation to the golden nail shares my passion for service. This is why we offer the longest and most extensive warranty in Iowa, the most options available without being charged an “upgrade” fee, 3 professional movers for 8 hours on the day of your move and so much more. The process doesn’t need to be stressful or full of anxiety when you work with Happe Homes. We have been building homes for 2 decades, and yes things may go wrong along the way, since there is no “perfect build”, that is why partnering with the right builder who delivers in those times is so important. We take care of the variables for you, because that is what you deserve.
