As an Assistant Project Manager my role obtains, evaluates, coordinates and distributes the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget and to the quality specified.An APM is responsible to protect and promote the interest of both the business and client in all matters as well as demonstrate the personal characteristics of a leader.As a graduate of Texas A&M's Construction Science program, I can attest to the quality education and skills that are provided through this program. Texas A&M's Construction Science program not only provides a foundation in construction management understanding, but also prepares students to tackle real-world challenges through hands-on experience in the construction industry.
