On this job, I learned to use different pieces of equipment such as floor sanders, jackhammers, and plaster pumps. Everyday would consist of using various hand tools and power tools to shape concrete to a smooth surface to where we could spray the plaster to seal the pool off to fill. I installed gutters along the outside of the pool perimeter, and angled them in which the water would drain. I learned a little plumping while there also, and got more training on working with concrete, wet and cured.

I worked renting out varieties of different equipment, such as lawnmowers, snowblowers, trenchers, stump grinders, chain saws, skid steers, excavators, scissor lifts. I also did routine maintenance on all said equipment, like but not limited to, oil changes, aired tires, cleaned air filters, sharpened teeth, tune ups. I also would deliver and return equipment, so I am knowledgeable with all equipment. With transport, I had to get skilled pulling trailers of all sizes, and also up keep on trailers, such as wheel bearings, trailer lights, and hitches. I have even replaced axles once or twice.

After years in the kitchen, and working a few other jobs not really worth mentioning, I figured I would try my hand at something new.

At Table Mountain Inn, I worked at the broiler, fry cook where I would cook burgers and steaks to perfection, as well as numerous other dishes. I would regularly cut prep for my shift, and the next shift without making too much to offset food costs. I also had a nack for problem solving, such as our dish machine being unoperational during a busy night, I filled up three 20 gallon cambros and stayed late into the night making sure not to leave more of a mess for the morning crew.

Carried out daily operations in this small family owned breakfast restaurant during the day, and I would bake fresh loaves of bread at night.

Worked with Major league chefs in preparing elevated, and quick pickup dishes, that also paired well with beers made in house.

I worked in the receiving department, putting food items up in the warehouse from various vendors.
