Point of contact for managing 24/7 execution activities for seamless delivery of heavily impactful corporate development.• Generated an additional sustained 15,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day by bringing first production to 26 wells while obtaining the fastest product cycle time of 67 days. • Coordinated integrated development schedules via strategic planning to meet business plan goals.• Interfaced and allocated fleet resources within all execution steps of the MCBU Unconventional Resource Factory, identifying any misalignments and provided resolution for all stakeholders, including management staff, engineers, geologists, operations superintendents and field personnel.• Established formal roles and responsibilities structure between asset development engineering team and operations engineering team to align priorities for converting wells from naturally flowing to artificial lift. This process removed a previous 30,000 barrel of oil equivalent constraint amounting to $600,000 in earnings and an increase the overall productivity of the new unconventional wells.• Developed a field wide integrated production system optimization (IPSO) plan to handle high than expected water volumes. Through this process debottlenecked water handling facility which increased capacity by 8,000 BWPD and earnings by $7.3 million. This was the foundation of a business unit wide tactical IPSO process to ensure handling facilities for multiple production scenarios. -
