I am an imaginative, reliable and loyal eLearning expert; I have the skills and drive necessary to manage people and projects from conception to completion. I have gained a high level of competency at Articulate Presenter and Storyline suites, and have developed training programs to teach others how to use this software and become trained Instructional Designers. I am highly motivated and work hard to not only achieve but surpass targets set me. I am experienced with researching topics and creating courses to teach people a variety of topics from technical to health and safety and soft skills like leadership. I am a good team player and can motivate those around me to work towards a common goal. I support colleague’s strengths and skillsets and am able to evaluate scenarios from a variety of perspectives. I am highly proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite, Web Search Engines, and a variety of software. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.I really enjoy the benefits of team working, but can also work effectively on my own and always pay attention to detail with regards to QC, testing, English and mathematical skills.
