- Assisting partners in various foreign investment related advisory projects, and managing as well as distributing tasks to junior associates as well as interns;- Being the point of contact for retainer-based clients;- Leading the licensing due diligence team in a sale and purchase of shares between a Chinese leasing company as the purchaser over a local leasing company as the target company, including preparing list of issues and addressing the risks and possible rectifications, and preparing the circular resolutions to amend the AoA of the target company; - Representing clients in multiple employment projects; - Assisting clients in inheritance projects, including marriage registration, liaising with notary to prepare notarial deed of the inheritance / estate distribution, preparing affidavit to obtain estate situated overseas.

- Drafting and reviewing 100++ commercial agreements by corresponding with various internal stakeholders to provide practical advice (i.e., simplifying complex legal terms). The operational agreement includes but not limited to, Third Party Logistics (3PL) including freight forwarding, first-mile, linehaul, as well as last mile delivery agreement, warehouse lease agreement, Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements for B2C practice, FMCG agreements for the procurement of goods, business process outsourcing (BPO) and labor outsource (Alih Daya) agreements; - Providing legal analysis, regulatory research, and risk identification for commercial agreements as well as any existing or future products; - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including liaising back and forth with the VP, to negotiate with external third parties in finalizing the agreement; - Preparing and finalizing Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for various support function; and- Preparing warning letters as well as coordinating with external legal counsel to prepare police report and attend witness hearing before the police’s investigators related to fraud cases.

- Preparing memorandum for establishment of foreign investment company engaging in healthcare services such as clinical laboratory, which is regulated under the Ministry of Health regime; - Preparing memorandum regarding unfair business competition issues under KPPU regime for a BUMN engaging in transportation sector; and- Preparing memorandum for the transfer of assets of a BUMN engaging in the mining sector.- Due diligence for M&A purposes by one of the biggest conglomerate group in Indonesia engaging in tourism sector as well as for an Indonesian asset management company, chemicals company, and mining company;- Limited-purpose due diligence for ensuring compliance by the first national bank in Indonesia; and- Due diligence for M&A purposes for a Singapore-based healthcare company over a local Indonesian healthcare provider company.
