My work ethic is one that has been instilled in me at a young age. I understand the importance of maintaining a good relationship with my superiors, which started with the various sports teams I have been on and stayed with me throughout high school, college, and now my adult years. I am a quick learner and do not like being anything less than the best at whatever my job requires of me. Though I am not a perfectionist, I am goal-oriented and throughout the day I set small goals to ensure every task is completed correctly and on time. I have worked since I was about 12 years old, starting with mowing lawns in my neighborhood; this required organization to maintain the customer accounts as well as good customer service, then leading me to my next ‘business’ detailing cars. As my business grew, I asked my younger brothers to help and eventually let them take over the accounts. I was a lifeguard and swim instructor throughout high school and college, which opened the door to a coaching opportunity at the high school I had attended. I believe that with the diverse fields I have worked in, I am able to easily adapt and use numerous skills when it comes to problem solving, being a team player, and cooperating with my co-workers to achieve the goals and tasks at hand.
