As an Engineer Intern at Johnson Matthey I assisted in the completion of multi-faceted projects across departments of their Nickel-Titanium manufacturing facility. Largely, I focused on the design and validation of an water quench for an annealing furnace which I outfitted and verified through an OQ/IQ/PQ report to support straight annealing: allowing budget savings of $150,000 for prospective equipment. I also drove business development for this branch of Johnson Matthey by sourcing and managing two client accounts. By organizing bi-weekly meetings with our clients, I played a key role in facilitating the seamless integration of our products into their processes, while also contributing to sustained sales growth.

At SericeCheck as a Data Process Design Intern I managed and streamlined many facets of the business’s data analytics and HR software to assist in the transition and perpetuation of a successful business model with optimization of data presentation for clients. Mainly, I assisted in the transfer of 16 years of data from an outdated CRM system, including the onboarding of 120 new customers and current independent contractor auditors, to a new state-of-the-art software that provided tailored, concise, customer service data to clients with seamless manipulation for analysis. I also created sample analytics reports that demonstrated the extents of the new software’s capabilities to drive client acquisition and retainment.
