Current role: Analyst member of the acquisitions team for the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust (BIT) managed by PNC Realty Investors. Responsibilities include research and analysis on potential new markets, properties within these markets as well as research and analysis on existing markets and properties. The BIT is a $6 billion fund focusing on industrial, office, retail, and multifamily real estate with an emphasis on union labor.
