I oversee the supply chain for the waste division of the business. Bringing an increase on profit margin as well as consolidating the supply chain. Within this role I am also responsible for the H&S reporting in the business as well as undertaking the auditing for the company and overseeing compliance.

Due to a number of personal reasons, I decided to go into a self employed, consultancy role. This met my personal circumstances as well as delivering key commercial, compliance and H&S results for my clients. I had a realistic approach towards this as I always have done and I was able to bring massive benefits to my clients.

From my previous experience, I branched into this venture with other parties. We executed many contracts through the U.K. ROI and Europe during my time here. Increasing sales within the first year by 300% and improving margins by 17%

Within this role I was responsible for £7m of business. Seeing every contract from tender to completion stage. Ensuring we maintained our margins as well as delivering excellent service. The contracts covered daily maintenance work as well as larger 12 week refurbishment projects.

Manage decorating and high pressure cleaning contracts. This covered the whole of the UK and ROI and oversaw a contract value of £4m
