Worked in 4 unique rotations learning the ins and outs of marketing in the financial services industry. The TRAIL program focused on creating a path to future leadership roles and developing new ideas for process improvement in each rotation.DTC/Email Marketing- Focused mainly on email marketing, with exposure to digital marketing and direct mail marketing, with the goal of reporting on and analyzing key performance metrics. Retail- Focused on managing operations and fulfilling requirements for retail loan officers including managing project workflow and requests in AMP.Creative- Processed creative project tickets, participated in brand image brainstorming, and assisted in conceptualizing and designing several marketing campaigns.Brand/ComplianceReviewed incoming creative projects and marketing materials for brand consistency in combination with coordinating with legal review to ensure compliance. Worked on streamlining this process with new document UX design.

Reported to Social Media Coordinator and Executive DirectorDaily duties included:Inventory and reach out to various companies for Silent Auction Items, Database management and market research for all event information including outreach, potential vendors, sponsors, venues. Served as liaison to vendors, volunteers, contributors and other key stakeholders that participate in various events.Provide accurate record keeping and database management, assist in the planning, development and execution of all aspects of the events, assist in the development of all promotional collateral materials related to the event.
