Analyze job estimates and quality of various contractors to decide who to hire for future service calls. Organize and execute weekly plans for maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compliance with various municipal inspections, and general house maintenance projects. Evaluate prior fraternity operations’ budget and formulate half-year budget plan with primary chapter alumni advisor. Inspect for and delegate teams to correct issues with the fraternity house physical condition. Adapt academic homework schedule to meet with contractors.

Responsible for detecting and fixing construction damages to a 4-story fraternity house. Issues solved include excessive humidity, bathroom plumbing, kitchen plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and door systems. I have also coordinated with the finance and executive team to ensure projects have the resources needed for execution.
