I have worked on rotary kilns as a Field Service Advisor. This involved providing analysis reports of kilns onsite for clients along with performing adjustments as needed. Some time was spent shadowing a lead Field Service Advisor during shut down and start up procedures. Similar training was provided for oversight of repair and installation of new products.During my time as a Design Engineer I have created new products such as; heavy haul trailers, tooling packages for new assembly products, creation of assembly line stations, as well as model conversions from one software package to another. Other tasks include FEA calculations, independent training with several software programs, and creation of procedure manuals.The work with the race team continually adds expertise in car handling in a dynamical aspect. Several factors which influence handling are considered which include; spring and shock selection, tire selection, fuel considerations, engine performance, and weight locations. Along on at-the-track adjustments, routine maintenance is critical to ensuring a car capable of competing and finishing on a nightly basis. Constant communication with the driver and team is critical to achieve success.
