On site Supervision for major remodels of Hotels throughout the country, Total build out of historic buildings and shells to final completion, with large scale structural work, new elevator banks, MEP packages, Cooling Towers, etc. Renovation of rooms (upwards of 400) and common areas to fitness rooms, lobby's, restaurants, Pools, etc. Work with Hotel upper management for smooth transitions from floor to floor turn over in open hotel remodels. Hands on work for punch list completions. Supermarket Remodels, open store remodel projects, from small to large scale remodel programs for one of the largest supermarket chains in New England. Monitor and advise all SAFETY Guidelines/ OSHA requirements on all of my project first and foremost. Total control of the day to day activities on site and resolve any issues that arise with sub contractor conflicts and work along side with architects and engineers for quick resolutions in the field. Sketch and issue SK's required to solve potential issues on site with the design team and suggest options and solutions. Abide by the drawings and building codes in various states to maintain the design for the Owners intent and adhere to strict schedules for smooth transition from concept to completion. Work with Project Managers to develop schedules, Master and 3 week look ahead. Hold weekly safety meetings with all Sub Contractors and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all. Keep all projects on time and within budget.

On site Superintendent with total control of all daily activities that go on during the project. Scheduling of materials and manpower as required to meet schedule. Develop and manage 2 week look ahead schedule. Main client Wal Mart . Open store remodels (24/7) throughout New England. SWPP certified.
