The role aimed to provide support to those within the estate agent sector on all of levels including managing directors. There was a total of 3 different in-house products that were offered to clients all with different functionalities, processes and aesthetics. The requests/issues and queries were split into 80% phone calls and 20% as emails. Due to the high call volumes, we did have active daily KPI target requirement for the day to be classed as a success. I also worked closely with the development team on rolling out future changes to systems which in turn relied on following process and speaking with all members across all companies to keep them updated on a daily basis.

The goal of this role is to provide the highest level of customer service to Internal and External users through of calls, emails or even escalations. We provide 1st and 2nd line support to Internal and External colleagues. This can be software, Hardware and Profile issues. We organise and prioritise our own demand so that we can meet the deadline and provide the best customer service. We take the demand through phone calls, live chats, emails and face to face visits. We work with multiple teams and companies across the world to ensure that any issues that arise, Is not only resolved but prevented from happening in the future.A few tools that were used within the company that helped us complete issues - Active Directory, Assyst (Used for creating and managing jobs) Blackberry software. The majority of software used was created internally by the brilliant developers.

The role of this job was to provide support for pupils and teachers across the school. The job would consist of dealing with software, hardware and network issues. Sometimes, calls would be handled regarding hardware orders, software licensing and general query’s. Two secondary schools merged which resulted in all of the machines having to do be wiped and a fresh image installed whilst being installed. Time management was the key as 500 machines had to be installed and ready within 5 weeks. As well as computer systems, PR Systems and Lighting systems would need to be setup and ready for Panto’s and assembles.
