I am a sophomore at the University of Tennessee double majoring in accounting and finance. Currently I am a younglife leader at Carter Highschool in Knoxville. I have volunteered the past two summers at younglife camps, one summer on landscape and the other horse wrangling, and I work landscaping in my time during breaks at home. These jobs have conditioned me to work long hours in uncomfortable environments while learning new tasks such as operating zero turn lawnmowers and riding and maintaining horses. I value perfection in my work while striving to have a positive attitude in all circumstances. I value this outlook, as it is extremely important when working with a team. Treating the people around me well is important, as it strongly improves team chemistry, and team chemistry and success can easily go hand in hand.
