To do this, I work with clients on building financial models which continually track their margins across all sales channels, build account maps that are focused on their revenue goals, develop sales projections that include the many hidden costs of growth, and monitor cash flow and capital needs projections to ready themselves for scaling and funding. Beyond this, I have experience and expertise in accounting, including building a chart of accounts, AP and AR, monthly reconciliation, and report building. My goal is to have a detailed understanding of the fine details of my client's financials so that I can build accurate, useful models which allow for timely, effective decision making. My highest priority with all clients is to work with them to continually adjust the path to financial success. Whatever that means to them.

• Consult with clients to transition accounting systems for all aspects of financial operations, including, Accounts Payable & Receivables, Budgeting, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Project Accounting, and Inventory• Engaged clients from development of chart of accounts to live processing in accounting software, providing initial balancing, accounting processes analyses, budget development and approval processes, and monthly closing and reconciliation• Developed implementation schedules, group and individual training for all staff, managing migration of data and final balancing• Assist in development of best accounting practices to meet all regulatory requirements, reporting for state and local governments, as well as board and council members

• Led and transformed a small, stagnant kombucha brand into a widely distributed and quickly growing brand, expanding from one state and a handful of retailers to six states through two national distributors • Managed all financial aspects of the business including financial strategy, cash management, budgeting, accounts payable and receivables, financial reporting, pricing, purchasing, and bookkeeping• Continually developed and updated financial models to ensure a positive cash flow and capital needs were met, analyze/improve margins, and build any tool necessary to make operational decisions• Created a clear vision and amazingly positive culture through open communication, clear expectations, and by providing support and agency for every role while encouraging cross-functional teamwork in almost every aspect of the company
