Responsible for planning, implementation, and Day 2 support of a multi-cloud enterprise environment including Azure and AWS.- Planned and executed multiple application migrations from ADFS to AAD SSO. Successfully completing 10+ migrations, including multiple emergency migrations due to failing infrastructure. - Served as the principal escalation point for all issues relating to Microsoft Azure, Datto, Exchange, Fortinet, and Microsoft 365.- Frequently reviewed & designed client environments as well as implemented optimizations that increased stability, uptime, and reduced operating costs.- Implemented and managed business continuity and disaster recovery programs in partnership with Datto.- Technical lead for all incident and crisis management.- Successfully managed and completed multiple disaster recoveries, including ransomware attacks resulting in zero data loss and minimal downtime.
