• Integrated Artificial Intelligence into the Operations division to reduce 12-month predictive forecasting from a 5%-7% confidence interval to 1.1% - 0.1% and added new positions to the 2024 payroll to continue advancing my software. • Concentrated on Data Analytics, Cap X, CRM, M&A’s, and S&OP • Assigned 3 independent projects to complete over the summer of 2023 and be able to present them to the entire operations division of the company in person. The projects consisted of: 1) Integrating Artificial Intelligence into the business, 2) Compile a summary of software or tools used for production scheduling and production data capture across 50 sites globally, and 3) Clean up account names in the commercial databases.
