Initiate the contract manufacturing process for cutting edge components and complex medical devices. Collaborate through the entire manufacturing process with Project Planners, Design Professionals, and Manufacturing Teams to achieve Customer goals in the CNC Machining and Automation manufacturing field. Oversee our in-house engineering and manufacturing teams to help provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) services to our clients. Specialize in the development and manufacturing of innovative medical devices in the Spinal, Orthopedic, and Extremity markets. Provide Automation, Fixturing, and Tooling Services as needed. Assist in the production of cutting edge prototype and production medical devices. Manage, quote, schedule, process, and assist in the manufacturing of numerous clients projects through the entire prototype phase and into production. Actively manage document control and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure quality product and on-time deliveries are maintained. Interact with clients on a daily basis to overcome design and manufacturing challenges. Implement and update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to incorporate the use of Lean processes and adhere to ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 quality management systems.
