My current role within VoiceHost is similar to my previous one, however at a higher level. Duties include, but are not limited to:- Ethernet provisioning and support- Help oversee the day-to-day management of the Support team--- Delegation of tasks--- Ensuring SLA is adhered to- Managed network configuration and maintenance- Point of escalation for support in and out of hours- Testing system functionality prior to releases- Customer billing queries and disputes- Creation and ongoing review of process documentation- Hardware store upkeep and stock maintenance- Cross referencing supplier prices against our own

VoiceHost provide a bespoke Hosted PBX system, alongside their own broadband network. The role was to support customers via telephone, email and live chat system to resolve faults in a timely and effective manner. This included out of hours support (24/7, 365 days). Duties included, but are not limited to:- Number Porting- Broadband provisioning and support- Customer VoIP support and provisioning- IP Phone provisioning- Router configuration (both broadband and Ethernet)

The role was supporting internal user's hardware and software via email or telephone. Duties included:- Active Directory administration- PBX phone system administration- Door access control- PC building / imaging- Hardware installation (printers / switches / routers)- Network configuration (vLAN)- Daily system checksOne of the biggest achievement during my time here was helping oversee the migration of the company from Windows XP to Windows 7.
