As the founder of Conquer Ninja Gyms and Co founder of Conquer Ninja Franchising my mission was and is to provide a space for individuals and families to overcome obstacles while getting fit and having fun. I place as much importance on the gym experience for my members and participants as I do on the business side of the gyms and franchise.I have always considered myself an entrepreneur. I started my first business at the age of eighteen. By age twenty I was a licensed general contractor working on home and building restorations. By 2006-2007 my company, Innovative Building Solutions, was earning sales in the millions. Unfortunately, much of those earnings were lost in the 2008 recession.I realized I needed to refocus my energy and businesses in new directions. I and my business partner started with Air Duct Cleaners, a commercial air duct cleaning company. We expanded the business to include 100s of contracts.
