PathMaker is a high-tech startup founded to commercialize proprietary advances in application of Trans-Spinal Direct Current Stimulation (tsDCS) for the treatment of patients with neuromotor disorders (http://pmneuro.com). Led IP commercialization team in areas of IP law, University tech transfer under Bayh Dole, licensing, business formation, fundraising, and business management.

Assisted Navigator Technology Ventures to found spinoff out of MIT's Draper Laboratory and joined team as Sionex's Intellectual Property Strategist / Patent Attorney. Built major IP portfolio and leveraged it into external VC funding for Sionex's development of chemical-sensor-on-a-chip technology for industrial and laboratory applications.

Successfully co-founded and built a high-tech MIT spin-off engineering company based on high-tech patented mechanism for high precision compact torque applications in industrial and military markets. Raised substantial funding from angel investors while generating substantial revenues from SBIR grants, DOD programs, and Fortune 100 sponsors.

Responsible for management of intellectual property, marketing and commercialization of MIT innovations. Focused in areas of IP law, University tech transfer under Bayh Dole, licensing, business formation, fundraising, and business management.
