Advises Hazardous Waste policy makers and oversees hazardous waste operations at all of IDT’s Coralville locations.

Oversees all Chemical Processing operations. Plan and prioritize daily department workload of producing chemical reagents, to ensure they meet proper specifications and are delivered in a timely manner to all of IDT's production groups as well as subsidiary sites. Develop new and improve upon existing processes that maintain employee safety as well as efficiently and effectively reaching the desired result. Receives solvent deliveries in tanker trucks by transferring material to IDT's holding tanks. Manages IDT's regulated waste program by writing waste profiles and scheduling waste shipments. Continue to maintain annual RCRA/DOT regulated waste and 24 hazwoper certifications. Serve as a member of IDT's in-house hazardous material response team. In charge of hiring for all levels of Chemical Processing employees and conducts annual employee reviews as well as employee discipline in accordance with company policies. Experience using SAP and AX ERP programs.
