Experience working as a teaching assistant with the Colchester Sixth Form geology department on multiple residential trips to Cornwall. This involved helping the students to unpack the geology and complete fieldwork for the first time.Experience on 4 long-term field trips with Camborne School of Mines. This includes visits to Wales, Scotland and a month-long independent mapping project in Spain. These trips granted excellent training in becoming a competent field Geologist.Experience as a course rep and subject chair for geology at CSM. This involved attending formal in-person meetings to provide constructive feedback on how the course is run from a student's perspective. Granted the award by the CSM Trust for general academic merit and public spiritedness in 2024.
