As a Team Lead for the concession team at Storybook Gardens:- I would deal with any problems that would occur during the day. - I would do the ordering for the supplies and the imputing of the supplies into Excel to keep track of the inventory that we have in the concession buildings.- I would work with the coworkers on my team and try to assist them in any way I could thus allowing them to get breaks when needed or supplying their areas with any supplies that they would need such as cups, trays, food supplies in the freezers or takeout containers. - I would also open and unarm the food buildings in the morning and clean and close the building at night.- I would clean the fryers and refill them with clean oil.These experiences in the role taught me how to become a better leader and how to properly manage/work within a team while also bettering myself with managing my time and resources in the most efficient way.
