Jake is an experienced senior leader specialising in experiential people development. He has been working in the leadership development and management training industry for over 15 years, and is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations to improve. Jake is highly accomplished and experienced at designing and delivering innovative development solutions based on client requirements. His work takes him around the world working for many blue-chip organisations and globally recognised brands. In 2005, Jake became the youngest Briton to climb Everest and the youngest man to climb the 7 Summits. A year later, he broke the world record for climbing the highest mountain in every State in the Continental USA. He has also broken age and speed records in Alaska, Argentina and the Antarctic and claimed the first ascents in Kyrgyzstan. In 2018 Jake reached the summit of K2, widely considered one of the most difficult and dangerous mountains in the world. It was his third attempt over 10 years. In 2023 Jake summited Everest for a second time to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the first (known) ascent.Jake is also a Major in the British Army Reserves, and has served in Afghanistan. He is currently serving as the Officer Commanding B (Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry) Squadron, Royal Wessex Yeomanry.
