This includes AV or IT support for lectures, presentations, photography of orientation days, and regular IT services like troubleshooting technical problems with account setup, unit building, or course revisions. I frequently completed special request filming tasks for research projects, course orientation videos, and news updates, working alongside faculty to which was one of our key multimedia tasks.
