General Manager of all football related activity across both Male and Female departments. This included technical, operational and strategic advice to coaches, staff, department heads and players. In addition, Jake provided coaching support to a number of female teams across multiple age groups including taking on the caretaker Head Coach role with the Senior Women's team.

The Player Development Lead will be responsible for the recruitment, player progression, individual development and management of the player groups across the Academy teams. This role will have a key focus on developing metrics to track, predict and measure player progress in addition to facilitating the needs of the Academy program.The role also encompasses delivering the coaching program as an Academy age group Head Coach.

The role will establish world’s best practice providing leadership and support across six (6) key areas; Coach Development, Talent ID & Recruitment, Operations, Facilities, Stakeholder relations and Finance/Administration. The role involves critical input into the annual business plan, budget management and supporting processes as well as the development of structures and processes across the Football Department to facilitate High Performance that maximises resource and provides cohesive communication across internal and external stakeholders.

* providing support to the assistant coach of the Melbourne Victory U18 Academy Team in conjunction with Victoria University* assisting coaches in the planning and execution of training sessions * working with the sports science team to optimise athlete performance* supporting Head Coaches in the planning and presentation of weekly video analysis sessions* matchday organisation across the U15 and U18 NPL sides* planning and ordering apparel under budget guidelines

* Supporting Directors in business development initiatives and execution of transactions* Undertake initial research on potential clients, update pitch packs and record adequate meeting notes* Work in partnership with relevant Directors to successfully achieve the best outcome for clients in Buying, Selling, Strategic Investor, Takeover and IPO processes* Actively liaise with clients, stakeholders and with external advisors through the transaction* Conduct financial modelling* Prepare information memorandums, prospectuses and takeover documents and responses* Conduct and manage due diligence in all client transactions

* Administration services of multiple datarooms through due diligence processes* Assisting the preparation of Information Memorandums* Supervision and research on requests from international partners* Preparation of market analysis reports which are distributed monthly* Updating the CRM, including liasing with staff on current activities* Company research and information collation for client files

* Supporting the Brisbane Strikers Senior Men's NPL side through the use of post-match analysis* Providing detailed reports to the head coach and players of macro and micro events within a game* Analysing opposition teams weeks in advance to help the coaching staff formulate opposition specific training sessions* Working alongside other analysts and the sports science team within the High Performance Unit
