Focused on driving diversified C&I loan growth, increased fee income, depository and treasury management opportunities, and expanded banking solutions for our clients across the following enterprise wide CIB business lines:- Asset Based Lending Group ("ABLG")- Corporate Banking & Sponsor Finance ("CBSF")- Equipment Finance & Capital Solutions ("EFCS")- Fund Finance ("FF")- Loan Syndications & Corporate Services ("LSCS")- Portfolio Management & Operations ("PMO")

Led the organizational and growth efforts of Cadence Bank's Corporate & Institutional Banking ("CIB") group across our 11 state footprint. The CIB was comprised of the following business units: Corporate Banking, Loan Syndications & Trading (Sell-Side & Buy-Side), Real Estate Capital Markets, Equipment Finance, Builder Finance, and our Portfolio Management & Operations team. In 2H23, I was also charged with leading the TMRT overseeing Treasury Management functions and migration processes across the enterprise. While at Cadence I served as a member of both the Senior Leadership Team ("SLT") and Senior Management Team ("SMT").

Developed and led BancorpSouth's Corporate C&I and Syndications ("CCISG") platform across our then eight state footprint, to include coverage of: Middle Market Lending, Upper Middle Market & Sponsor Finance, Corporate C&I, and the Bank's Syndications Desk .

Managing Director spearheading the Energy, Marine, and South Texas Commercial Banking Divisions.Previous SVP/Market Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager of Texas C&I and National Energy Lending.Mutual of Omaha Bank was acquired by CIT in 1Q20.
