Primarily Supporting Microsoft Server Technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authorities, DFS, and others. I also support systems for monitoring and insight of the network. Current tools I use include Extrahop for network traffic analysis, and Solarwinds Orion. Today we run and I support Network Performance Monitor, Network Traffic Analyzer, Network Configuration Manager, IP Address Manager, Virtualization Manager, Storage Resource Monitor, VoIP and Network Quality Manger, Server and Application Monitor, and Server Configuration Manager for alerts, reports, custom polling, application monitors, and remediation scripts. Previously in this role I supported Citrix VDI infrastructure, and application virtualization.

In this role I migrated workstations to Windows XP and later Windows 7. This included management using Microsoft SMS and SCCM, automating and repackaging software installs for mass deployment, Group Policy assisgnments, and security and patch management. Supporting thousands of workstations.
