Provide technical support and testing services. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, site managers, material suppliers, and DOT personnel. Assist the company in elevating the customers’ perception and general quality. Give direction for procedures to pass inspections. Inspections and sampling include: rebar, concrete, soil, aggregates, and plan reviews.
