Provide onsite and remote implementation support Direct/indirect customers for the following tasks:-Installations-PCNs (Product Change Notices)-Upgrades-Re-Certifications-Software additions-Hardware additions-Maintenance of Hardware and Software-Perform adds, moves, and changes on a daily basis-Perform routine maintenance on switches and voicemails under maintenance -Daily interaction with the State of Colorado-Pull quarterly reports-Entering pricing on orders in TigerPaw for costumer review-Help to maintain Colorado warehouse inventory and crash kits•Staff into Help-Desk (2002) split to answer calls and provide technical assistance for customers with VanRan Maintenance agreements and “RESCUE ME” situations.•Complete all scheduled implementation tasks according to VanRan guidelines (technotes, electronic documentation, and websites).•Attend all required hardware and software training classes that is supported by VanRan (provisioning SMEs will be appointed for new products document).•Share processes and procedures for new and existing hardware/software. Notify the team members of any modifications for a product and direct them to correct technotes or documentation.•Each technician is required to rotate the duty pager for out-of-hours support. This occurs bi-monthly.•Technicians must exhaust all resources (peers and software technicians) before escalating issues to Avaya. •2008 to 8/2013 Assistant Trainer at Chuck Nesmith Training. In charge of Colt Starting Program and all maintenance of farm including but not limited to: building up keep, farm equipment, and grounds maintenance. •2012 and 2013 Season -Painless Efforts- Plow Truck Driver-Driving in hazardous weather -Managing sub-contractors •2010 to 2011- Temporary on call help- Summit Integrated Systems – Installed sound systems for large buildings. •2005 to2006 -Pluming Unlimited –apprentice plumber
