I am multi-faceted professional over the course of my 10 year career with the U.S. Navy. Currently, I am the Director of Operations at Watergen Ltd , a fast-paced Atmospheric Water Generation company solving the world’s water scarcity and infrastructure problems using sustainable AWG solutions. I am actively involved in AWG sales leadership consulting in both B2B and B2C sales and oversee all service solutions to end users. Using my professional outlook in training, safety, and system knowledge my team is fully capable to work on large scale with minimal oversight. I have expertise in business operations management, program & project lifecycles, coaching and mentorship, process improvements using LEAN principles, leadership and problem solving. My skillset has allowed me to be recognized as the 2015 Junior Sailor of the Year, and the 2018 Advanced Program Leader of the Year while serving in the U.S. Navy.I am currently obtaining my B.S. in business management with a concentration in Marketing to leverage my skills further and plan to pursue my MBA in 2025 following completion of my B.S.
