About Jake Nochimow

I am currently based in Oakland, California and am an in-demand session drummer/producer/audio engineer/multi-instrumentalist who works with local and international talent. I am a founding partner of Modern Future™, an Oakland based music production duo and artist development company who has worked with many artists including legendary drummer Zigaboo Modeliste of The Meters, multi-platinum vocal group En Vogue, members of the iconic hip-hop collective The Hieroglyphics, and Big Freedia, whose work with the company made Rolling Stone’s 20 best EDM album list of 2014.
