Regional Installation Manager - New Installations Department (Commodity) Managing and delivering a large volume of projects (between 80 to 140 projects) with varying degrees of complication and at different milestones. Actively promote a positive safety culture, ensuring all company and customer safety rules and procedures are observed by staff and contractors. Lead and direct staff, promoting a high level of motivation and co-operation to ensure delivery of contracts to budget and programme with high safety and quality standards. Manage all types of contract works within areas of activity, ensuring works are completed on time and to budget with full and effective use of resources including subcontractors. Ensuring all works carried out are within budget, deadlines and standards are adhered to and achieved. Manage works in progress, cash flow, invoicing, applications for payment and dept procedures. Identify and develop sustainable business opportunities, design, estimate plan and manage the delivery of the associated work contracts, to provide a consistent workflow and optimise profit contribution to the business and ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met. Planning of resource allocation, labour, and scheduled delivery of materials to the site. Reporting milestones on SPN which drives invoicing. Communication between office and field (engineers) is constantly kept up to date.
