2020 - 2022Team Leader at the North West Outreach Team - Personally responsible for the planning, organization, and running of Elite Skills team building activities along with weeklong residential Insight Courses for potential recruits wanting to join the army. Carrying out risk assessments on a daily basis and implementing plans.2017 - 2020Team Supervisor - Class 1 Vehicle Mechanic - Would frequently manage a team of 8-10 individuals repairing and maintaining a fleet of around 70 vehicles and other platforms, varying from HGVs to 4x4’s, trailers, and generators. Delivered divisional level support to the whole of the UK land forces, often deploying at short notice to where ever my skills and knowledge were needed. Deployed as an instructor on a major joint training exercise working alongside the Gambian Armed Forces.2012 - 2017 Class 2 Vehicle Mechanic - Often worked as part of a team and also individually to ensure the fleet of vehicles were roadworthy and ready to go at a moment's notice. Developed my engineering knowledge when deployed to Belfast Northern Ireland where it was my primary role as a junior tradesman to repair a vast fleet of vehicles both in the workshop environment and out on the ground across numerous training areas throughout the UK.
