Oversaw the operations of a 59-bed, 5 star skilled nursing facility for 3 years, then moved to operate a new acquisition for the company, a 145-bed skilled nursing and sub acute facility.

Graduated from Brigham Young University - Idaho in April of 2015 with a Bachelor's in Finance Business Management.

As a team leader I recruited and led an award winning team of 9 sales representatives in daily motivational training meetings, goal setting, and provided 1-on-1 sales development training. My team accomplished the highest sales-per-rep average in the company among 7 sales teams.As a sales rep I sold and serviced the 2nd highest annual accounts among 65 reps - two years in a row. I earned the iron man award in the summer of 2014, selling the most accounts in the final month of the selling season.
