Order parts per estimate using CCC 1 in conjunction with OPS TRAX, communicate with venders for hard to find parts or parts not listed in CCC 1, obtain wiring diagrams and parts break downs to ensure proper parts are ordered, post invoices into computer, receive parts using iPod scanner, inspect parts for damage, negotiate repair times for damaged parts with venders, allocate time to technicians, relay vital information using Microsoft Office or hand held two way radio, handle returns from returning to vender to requesting and receiving credit invoices.

Ensure estimate accuracy, order parts, negotiate part prices, post all invoices for the shop, request credits and rebates, check in parts and inspect for damage, negotiate clean up time on damaged parts, add parts to estimate, use hand held scanner for parts check in and invoicing, use Mitchell On Demand for sectioning procedures, find hard to find parts in catalogs or CCC Pathways, request and read schematics from venders, maintain open lines of communication with service advisors, techs, shop manager and venders.
