Responsibilities: -Client Development and Management – interfacing and coordinating with clients, owners, architects, engineers and building management.-Organizational Skills – setting up and maintaining all project documents including but not limited to Schedule, Request for Information, Change Orders, Submittals, Procurement Logs, Punch List and Operations & Maintenance.-Project Management – Maintaining Construction Logs, Preparing and Running Construction Meetings, Enhancing Profitability and Administering Cash Flow.-Preconstruction – Preparing Project Schedule, Scoping Projects and Trades, Value Engineering and Bidding. -Subcontractor Relations – Working directly with subcontractors both on site (construction) and off site (operations).-Project Safety – Assisting in the inspection process and executing the inspections within the project’s jurisdiction, assisting in the implementation of HITT’s corporate safety program and applying it on the job site.

-Examined adequacy of existing beams, girders, columns, slabs, shear walls and roof dunnages and proposed additional reinforcing or new structural members as needed.-Analyzed and verified various steel connections.-Evaluated and suggested alternative solutions to deflection, punching shear and reinforcement problems for proposed floorplans.

-Assisted in the production of the following for commercial and residential developments: Site Layout and Geometry, Site Grading and Earthwork Analysis, Storm Drainage and Stormwater Management Design, Floodplan Analysis, Roadway and Utility Design, Erosion and Sedimentation Control.-Facilitated the approval of various permits and transported documents from Nave Newell's branch office to government and client offices.
