I work on Fare collection,, Maintenance and Inspection for LTA's fleet of buses under the company usage. Nobe & CFMS-Assist in the asset maintenance of various systems such as Passenger Information Display System (PIDS). Manage the asset maintenance of LTA’s bus ticketing system (New Onboard Bus Equipment (NOBE)), Common Fleet Management System (CFMS) and Data Transmitter; Analyse and monitor failure trends, propose measures to improve equipment reliability and review maintenance processes. Complete campaigns and ensure that it is completed on time and up to LTA requirements. Ensure internal audits are completed and feedback on areas which improvements can be made.Maintenance-Oil changes and ratifications to ensure breakdowns are the lowest amongst our competitors.Inspection-All buses are within regulatory standards and safety to passengers is not compromised. Ensure that faults are spotted well before it becomes an major issue that will result in a breakdown. In turn, direct the faults spotted to respective teams for respective maintenance to be carried out.

I have also worked on a wide variation of projects with some being focused on reducing the reliance on manual labour in the cleaning sector. Part of my role is to handle the design, planning and overseeing the implementation of the solution as well as testing the system in the final stages. One project I have worked on is the Gov’s Smart Toilet project under the hardware and liaising aspect.
