As the leader of Cutter & Buck's Golf Division, a globally recognized men’s and ladies’ golf-inspired lifestyle brand, I managed the overall business operations, driving success and growth within the golf sector, including green grass, off course, and tournament markets. I spearheaded the development, training, and management of a highly efficient sales force that covered the entire United States. This team included 20 independent sales agents, 8 employed sales representatives, and 2 external sales managers. I was accountable for full P&L responsibility, encompassing gross margin and expense management.In addition to domestic operations, I managed Cutter & Buck’s international distribution, overseeing 7 licensees and 2 distributors. My role involved negotiating new licensing agreements and renewing existing contracts to ensure the brand's long-term presence in the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.I also served as a member of Cutter & Buck's Executive Leadership team and was honored to be nominated for the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2016 40 Under 40 award program.
