While working at Traxxas, I was tasked with multiple different roles as we were understaffed. Earlier in my employment at Traxxas, I picked parts to fill and ship orders. In the latter half of my stay at Traxxas, I picked parts, packed and shipped orders, and drove multiple different vehicles to ensure that the shelves were filled. The thing I'm most proud of is that I quickly became our supervisor's right hand because of my willingness to learn every job in the warehouse I could.

My job at Asurion consisted of replacing customers' broken phones, with brand new ones. I would pick up packages each day from a warehouse, ensuring I had the right phones for my jobs. Depending on the jobs given to me I would drive anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours to get a delivery done. While at the customer's house, I would activate their new SIM cards as well as walk them through on how to transfer all of their personal content from their old phone, to their new one. Customer Care At Posh Vapors, I helped solve unique and complex problems effectively, but at the same time made customers comfortable and confident in what I am doing. The thing that I am most proud of, is that I was able to build trustful relationships with shoppers.
