I work with World Class brands such as CNH, Cummins, Pentair, John Deere, and Toro to coordinate resolution of quality issues with extensive and thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions. I travel often to meet with customers at their plants and talk through issues they may be having. I also advise what improvements may be made in their manufacturing and assembly process, as well as part specific design and cost saving improvements for both the customer, and my company.Internally, I conduct quarterly ISO audits, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement projects, Kaizens, Storyboards, PPAP's, and coordinate QA technicians activities.

Responsible for qualifying and verifying new parts that BTD obtains the rights to produce. I interpret blueprints that include GD&T on a daily basis by various high profile companies such as Polaris, John Deere and Toro. When a part is does not make it through the qualifying process, I figure out what needs to be changed and corrected and suggest the improvements to the respective departments.

Responsible for running and setting up various metal fabrication machines, primarily press brakes. Had to be flexible as the workload constantly changed, and always able to make high quality parts at a fast rate.
