Since I first got introduced to the world of Leadership, I've been hooked! I knew that leadership would be a part of my future but did not envision how it would come to fruition. My leadership journey began personally as a husband/father but extended beyond with opportunities in a volunteer non-profit role, moving to the industries of manufacturing, retail, and commercial insurance. Whether in manufacturing, commercial insurance, or retail, I have experienced numerous successes in leading individuals and teams to reach their maximum potential through training, coaching, and the development of skills. Learning is a never-ending process and I am thrilled at the opportunity to use my skills to make a meaningful impact and continue to grow with others.
