Communicating with customers via phone, in-person, and through email, I assisted them with their queries and helped take and confirm their bookings in a high-pace, high-stress environment. Assisted drivers in any potential issues they may have had with either details on bookings or interactions with clients.Here I greatly honed my skill to defuse tense situations and resolve complaints and customer queries while also retaining those customers. For more serious cases, I would notify and follow-up on the situation with the Customer Relations Manager and/or Business to Consumer Executive, taking the extra step in finding all relevant information to the case (trips, specific customer and complaint information, etc.) and providing them with it.After less than 4 months into my role, I began training new employees in using our internal system, as well as demonstrating and evaluating communication with clients and etiquette.Clientele which I had regular contact with included a number of high profile leaders in the iGaming industry, as well as EFL (English as a Foreign Language) schools around the country.
