December 2021 I was approached building McDonald Jones Homes to consultant for them. I wanted to experience what it is like working for the largest builder in N.S.W and saw this as an opportunity to work for the best in the business. Since being at McDonald Jones and in a shifting market I have learnt to adapt proactively and continue to help people with building their dream homes.

COVID 19 hit me just as I become a licensed real estate agent which forced me out of the industry.I was approached by a sales consultant James Harrod who asked me to join Mincove Homes. I spent the next 2 years as a sales consultant selling new homes for vacant blocks of land or knock down rebuilds. In this time I further improved my rapport building, CRM management and sales skill to name a few.When the lockdown of 2021 shut down building I maintained hitting my monthly target whilst the display homes were shut. I did this month in and month out of the lockdown and was the only person to achieve this which I'm quite proud of.

Looking to provide myself with a better financial reward for my efforts I reached out to John O'Reilly to talk about what real estate can offer. From sitting down and discussing with John I knew this was what I wanted to pursue. John gave me work experience before creating a role for me to stay on as his assistant. I spent my time at Laurence Morgan completing my real estate licence course along with door knocking, cold calling, conducting open homes for inspection and selling.This experience taught me the art of building rapport, negotiation, time management, interpersonal skills, CRM management and ignited my passion for the sales industry.

Not knowing really what I wanted to do I started by performing general duties such as cleaning tables and washing dishes. Through the 5.5 years working at Collegians progressed from general duties to bartending, cellar services, gaming services, finical accounting, management, opening and closing of business and everything in between with running a Rugby League Football Club with multiple venues.This experience in hospitality provided the building block for my people skills/ customer service that still use to this day.
