The Lightning Foundation look to receive contributions from those who travel through Amalie Arena for a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game. For this position, I was responsible for the following:a. Getting people's attention using my loud inside voice exclaiming something along the lines of, "50/50 Raffle Tickets here!"b. Exchange money for goodwill to great charities such as the Moffitt Cancer Center and approximately 120 other charities around the Tampa Bay Communityc. Build good rapport with people before, during, and after the sale (i.e. have friendly conversations, ask if they are having a good time, express statements like "Have a good night!" and "Best of luck to you!", etc.)d. Use technology such as a Samsung touch screen pad and a ticket printer with receipt paper in order to complete the sale e. Counting cash at the end of the second intermission each game to make sure my final number is aligned for what is in the supervisors' systems.
